Combining two picture using Photoshop

Open the pictures you want to combine. Select all (Ctrl+A) in the picture 2 (the picture you want to put over the main one), copy and paste into Picture 1 and set the layer transparency to 50%.

Then use the Eraser tool get rid of everything that shall not be in the picture. Use a big brushsize (about 65-100 p).

This is a simple procedure but with a nice effect. Read also the other articles about tips & tricks in Photoshop.

Below are the two pictures that I wanted to combine and the final result.
